La Rambla in Barcelona
This fun and sometimes downright wacky street in Barcelona has everything, ranging from bird cages, to people who should be committed to cages. Jazz musicians, opera singers, wallet sellers, con artists, and probably people who fit under multiple categories can be found here. But most of all, for just about 50 cents, ANYONE can rent a seat "ringside" and enjoy people watching all day and all night, since La Rambla is never empty.
