SDSU Swim team outings		4/25/01 --	30	Okay, there's little more depressing than the anticipation of a hot day on the beach with the SDSU Women's Swim team... only to have it be cold and overcast.  No matter... they still had fun playing volleyball, and we all had a good time bowling in the evening.

Mirja Cool friend from Germany		4/25/01 --	23	I met Mirja while working in Germany, and she and I both went to visit our friend Fraenzi (also from Germany) at SDSU.  These are pictures from our visit; I'll add many more later from some of our revelry in Deutschland :-)  She works and attends school in Germany.
Fraenzi Mirja's partner in crime		4/25/01 --	7	Fraenzi was invited to spend a year or two in San Diego on a swimming scholarship.  She looks young, swims fast, and has quite an amusing wit about her.  She studies Law at SDSU.

Why these galleries were made

A few years back, Adam posted a handful of pictures for his faraway family and international friends to enjoy. When over one hundred people in a month strangely peeked at pictures of Adam's tortoises (no joke!), he knew he was on to something.  People like looking at other folks' pictures.  Why?  Who knows!  But hey, if it makes people smile...

Techie stuff

All the photos in these galleries were shot by yours truly, Adam the SmileGuy (except, obviously, where I am pictured :-).  The recent ones (from March, 2000 onwards) were taken with my Olympus C-3030 Zoom digital camera.  Most of the earlier photos were taken with my Samsung AF Zoom 150, which was stolen while I was ice skating in Germany :-( The photos were rotated (correctly oriented) with Rota, lightly cleaned up and cropped with Jasc's Paint Shop Pro, then resized and watermarked with Atalasoft's EyeBatch.  They were imported and labeled in a database handled via ImageAXS Pro, and published here using personally mega-customized ImageAXS PRO templates.  Whew! :-)
