Kelsey joined the Smilezone Foundation team in early 2018, taking on the role of Special Events Coordinator. Kelsey has a B.A.Sc in Psychology from Guelph-Humber University and a BSW degree from Renison University College. She also completed her Cook Basic – Level 1 program at Liaison College Lakeshore.
Previous to her joining Smilezone, Kelsey worked as the Volunteer Coordinator at Hospice Vaughan for a year and a half, where she worked closely with dedicated and heartfelt volunteers looking to make a difference in their community. Kelsey currently volunteers at ROCK as a group facilitator and was previously involved with Big Brothers Big Sisters of Halton in various roles as a placement student. Kelsey also worked at the YMCA for several years in various roles such as a camp counselor, front desk and as the team lead in the child and youth department.
Kelsey is passionate about working in the non-profit sector with organizations eager to make a difference in the lives of others. She loves yoga, animals, the outdoors and cooking! She is excited to be amongst and working alongside the team at Smilezone Foundation.
