Over a single weekend in October 2022, The Smilezone team transformed SEVEN NEW Smilezones at Windsor Regional Hospital!
Generously supported by the David & Leslie Clanachan Family Foundation, Smilezones were installed in the Pediatric Outpatient Waiting Room, Treatment Rooms and Hallways – bringing lots of smiles to the children, families and staff!
As part of the Smilezone Transformation, our team installed fresh paint, colourful murals with Soccer/Jungle/Under-the-Sea themes, sensory tactile spinners, new bench seating with lockable storage, iPads, an interactive GestureTek floor projection system, and more.
Windsor Regional Hospital is one of the largest hospitals in the Province of Ontario, serving a population of 400,000 people in Windsor and Essex County.
